Caytlin found a passion for movement while growing up taking ballet classes. Throughout her high school years, she performed in a number of recitals and competitions in categories ranging from contemporary to jazz. She discovered barre at the peak of her competition dance career. What began as a workout to supplement her dance classes soon became an essential part of her life. Barre introduced her to the health and wellness space where she soon became involved in a variety of group fitness classes including boxing, HITT training, and pilates. After 15 years of studying dance, Caytlin turned to group fitness as a way to stay active in college while pursuing her degree at Arizona State University.
